Jack Kelly, a young police officer, finds himself caught in the middle of a terrorist plot. As the situation spirals out of control, Jack is forced to fight to protect his life, save his wife, and hold on to his career. Making matters even more difficult is the constant involvement of his family, a chaotic group of police officers whose instincts are described as crazy and relentless.
