House with Roman

An upcoming romantic comedy with elements of fantasy about Ivanka, the owner of a coffee shop in the capital, who decides to sell her only inheritance—her grandmother's house in a small town in Podillia—to pay off her debts. Soon, the girl discovers that the house is inhabited by a house spirit named Roman, a young, seductive handsome man who will do anything to save the house from being sold.
